Skip and Nancy Plesnarski were not satisfied after retiring from active positions. Skip was a production supervisor. Nancy was an educator and marketer. After finding the right opportunity, they capitalized on their experience and became proud owners of an 18|8 Fine Men’s Salon franchise in Brookhaven.

Before Skip and Nancy opened Brookhaven’s 18|8 Fine Men’s Salon, they refused to blaze ahead without a plan. The better the plan, the lower risk of failure. The couple crafted a plan that included finding the perfect location, implementing successful marketing strategies and hiring the right staff.
